	Flood Warning
Statement as of 5:31 PM EST on November 14, 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Meherrin River at Lawrenceville * until Sunday evening... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 4:00 PM Saturday the stage was 21.5 feet * minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 15.0 feet * forecast... the river crested at 22.7 feet around 4 am Saturday. The river level will continue to fall... dropping below flood stage by late Sunday afternoon. This river level is comparable to a previous crest of 22.4 feet on Oct 9 2006.
