* At 1039 PM EST... numerous roads were closed due to flooding. Many
creeks are at or above bankfull as well... and the runoff from the
heavy rains the past couple days will keep flooding problem around
through the overnight.
The creeks and streams should begin receding to within their banks
before dawn Friday.
Those living along rivers... streams and creesk should take necessary
precautions immediately.

* Minor flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Forecast to rise to near 29.2 feet by Saturday morning. The river will fall
below flood stage by Sunday evening.
