* Strong southeast winds will peak shortly after midnight... and then gradually diminish toward daybreak Monday.
* Sustained winds of 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 55 mph can be expected. The strongest gusts will be just across the highest peaks for most of the area... but also in locations on the northwest side of the ridge lines where wave action may bring strong gusts to the surface... especially across Tazewell and Mercer counties.
* Wet soil conditions may allow for downed trees and power lines.
