Coastal Flood Watch remains in effect from 6 am EST Friday through late Friday night... A coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 6 am EST Friday. A coastal Flood Watch remains in effect from 6 am EST Friday through late Friday night. High tide overnight is expected to cause minor tidal flooding along low lying areas. Particularly around Alexandria and Washington DC. Wisconsin Avenue river gage is expected to near 6 feet at high tide. Alexandrias river gage should rise to between 4.5 and 5 feet. Here are the times of the next high tides for a few locations from north to south... on the Chesapeake Bay... Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy... 1:33 am... Now along the Potomac River...
