Flood Warning
Statement as of 6:22 AM EST on November 16, 2009
The Flood Warning continues for
the Appomattox river at Mattoax
* until late tonight... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 6:00 am Monday the stage was 24.3 feet
* minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet
* forecast... the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
tonight.
* At 25.0 feet... agricultural and some secondary roads flooded.
