* Southeast winds will continue to increase through this evening with the highest speeds expected around midnight.
* Sustained winds of 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 55 mph can be expected especially across the highest peaks and in locations where winds may get channeled.
* Wet soil conditions may allow for downed trees and powerlines.
