Special Statement
Statement as of 4:10 PM EST on February 26, 2015

... Hazardous travel conditions tonight...

Hazardous driving conditions are expected tonight into Friday
morning. Snow that fell across the area earlier today will refreeze
and become icy in spots. Motorists should be alert for areas of
black ice on area roadways. Additionally, many secondary and rural
roads remain icy and snow-covered. Pump your brakes lightly to
avoid skidding and drive defensively. Allow for extra time to
reach your destination and avoid any sudden stops or
accelerations.
