The Flood Warning continues for
the Dan River at South Boston.
* Until this afternoon.
* At 05pm Sunday the stage was 23.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and nonflood flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by after
midnight this morning.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.4 feet on Apr 2 2001.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Roanoke River at Randolph.
* Until Tuesday morning.
* At 11pm Sunday the stage was 24.3 feet and slowly falling.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by this
evening.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 24.3 feet on Mar 17
2007.
