This band of showers will bring heavy downpours to the eastern West Virginia Panhandle and much of Washington and Frederick counties in Maryland through 945 am EDT. Locations such as Germantown...Boyds... Knoxville...Beallsville...Clarksburg...Tuscarora...Doubs... Adamstown...Big Spring...and Big Pool will likely be affected through 945 am EDT. Occasional cloud to ground lightning is possible in this activity. In addition...wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph are possible. Heavy downpours may reduce visibility below a mile and cause ponding of water on roadways.
