Statement as of 3:41 PM EST on November 14, 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Roanoke River at Randolph. * Until Monday evening. * At 02pm Saturday the stage was 26.6 feet and falling. * Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 21.0 feet. * The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by late Monday morning. * This crest compares to a previous crest of 27.2 feet on Feb 24 2003.
