... Snow ending but roads remain icy...
Snow has ended across Hampton Roads... however... many roads are
partially covered with snow and becoming icy. Law enforcement has
reported icy Road conditions across portions of Chesapeake...
Portsmouth and Norfolk. Temperatures are expected to remain well
below freezing through the entire morning allowing patchy ice to
linger on area roads after daybreak. Drive with caution this
morning... reducing speeds... and avoid sudden braking especially on
bridges and overpasses.
