* winds...northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Humidity...20 to 30 percent.

* Fuel moisture...less than 7 percent

* impacts...the combination of drying vegetation...low relative humidity...and gusty winds will create conditions favorable for the development and spread of wildfires.
