Cloudy with snow showers likely in the evening...then partly cloudy with a chance of snow showers after midnight. Accumulation 2 to 4 inches. Lows at 8000 feet 5 to 10 above. Chance of snow 60 percent.

Partly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of snow showers. Highs at 8000 feet around 30.

This advisory is for the southern Wasatch mountains... western Uinta Mountains and Book Cliffs.
Storm total accumulations of 5 to 11 inches can be expected by late this evening.
Snow is expected to develop across the mountains of northern Utah this morning as a cold front approaches... becoming heavy at times during the afternoon and evening as colder air filters into the region. Snow is expected to diminish late this evening as the storm system pulls to the east.
