... Freeze watch in effect from late Monday night through Tuesday morning... The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa has issued a freeze watch... which is in effect from late Monday night through Tuesday morning. Look for temperatures to drop into the upper 20s and lower 30s late Monday night and Tuesday morning. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A freeze watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible. These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
