regional weather discussion... a few showers across southwest Kansas and the eastern Oklahoma Panhandle will move east into northwest Oklahoma. Rain will affect portions of Harper and Ellis counties this morning... and may move into portions of Roger Mills... Woodward and Woods counties by 6 am. Rainfall amounts will be relatively light. A few sprinkles will be possible across western North Texas... mainly across Knox... Baylor... Archer and southern Clay counties. No measurable rain is expected in these area this morning. Showers and storms farther south in North Texas are expected to generally remain south of Interstate 20.
