Moderate to heavy rain will affect San Saba County...where additional amounts of one half to three quarters of an inch could occur. Elsewhere the rainfall amounts will be one tenth to one quarter of an inch. Motorists...especially across the Heartland...should be alert for ponding of water on roads.
