Between 630 am and 830 am...an area of weakening showers and thunderstorms will continue to slowly move east across the Heartland...Northwest Hill country...and northern Edwards Plateau...and out of the Concho Valley. Moderate to heavy rain will occur with these showers and storms. Through 830am... additional rainfall amounts of one half to three quarters of an inch are likely...and some locations could receive over an inch. Some localized flooding may develop in low- lying areas and poor drainage places...especially over the Heartland. Motorists should be alert for ponding of water on roads.
