Tuesday morning...
A freeze watch remains in effect from late Monday night through
Tuesday morning for the upper trans Pecos and much of the Permian
Basin.
Clear skies and light winds could allow temperatures to drop

morning.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A freeze watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible.
These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
