Through 4 am CDT look for showers and isolated thunderstorms across northeast Texas and northwest Louisiana to continue moving to the east around 30 mph. Some of the heavier showers will be moving along the Interstate 20 corridor affecting communities near Marshall to Longview and Kilgore...and then southwest away from Interstate 20 across the communities of Overton...whitehous... and Jacksonville Texas. By 4 am CDT...the leading edge of the main batch of showers will move to near a Smithland Texas to Shreveport Louisiana and then back to near Carthage... and Rusk Texas. Rainfall amounts will be near one quarter of an inch per hour in the heavier downpours...and generally less than one tenth of an inch in the light showers.
