... Heat advisory remains in effect until 7 PM CDT this evening...
Another hot day is forecast with highs of 100 to 106. Heat index
values will be around 105 during the afternoon and early evening
hours... and may briefly reach as high 108.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A heat advisory means very high temperatures and humidity will
create conditions that may cause heat exhaustion or heat stroke.
Drink plenty non-alcoholic fluids... stay in air conditioned
buildings... stay out of the sun... and check on relatives and
neighbors.
