... Preliminary snow totals for the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles...
A strong late winter storm system brought snow to the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles beginning during the afternoon of March 19 and ending during the early afternoon of March 20 as the storm system moved east of the area. The heaviest snow occurred across the southern Texas Panhandle... generally along the Interstate 40 corridor. Snow accumulations were lightest across the far northeast Texas Panhandle and eastern Oklahoma Panhandle.
