Areas of dense fog west of a Bowie...Mineral Wells...Hamilton line will slowly improve through late morning or 1030 am CDT. Low- lying...rural areas near creeks beds and river bottoms will be most susceptible to fog with visibilities below a mile. Motorists are urged to use low headlight beams...slow down...and allow extra time to reach their destination. Central and eastern parts of North Texas will only see patchy... light fog that should lift through 1030 am. Meanwhile...low clouds will continue spread south and affect the northwest half of North Texas through midday.
