A freeze warning remains in effect until 9 am CDT this morning for low
temperatures at or below freezing.
Average lows for March 22nd are in the 40s across The Hill
Country and low to middle 50s across the rest of south central
Texas.
Precautionary/preparedness actions... a freeze warning means sub-
