Low clouds and areas of fog have once again developed across the Oklahoma and Texas panhandles. Visibilities are likely to be reduced between one and three miles at most locations. Across the central and eastern panhandles...visibilities of a quarter of a mile or less at times will be possible. Some locations that could be affected through 6 am CST include...Perryton...Pampa...Guymon...Canadian...and Miami. The fog is expected to persist through the early morning hours... with improving conditions expected by mid morning.

The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a dense fog advisory... which is in effect until 10 am CST this morning for the eastern halves of the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles.
Areas of dense fog are expected this morning across the eastern half of the Texas Panhandle and the eastern half of the Oklahoma Panhandle. Visibilities will be reduced to one quarter mile or less at times.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
