At 2 am...fog was developing across the far southern Texas Panhandle and much of the rolling plains. Through 4 am...the fog will continue to develop and expand westward into central portions of the South Plains. Visibilities in the fog will drop below a mile at times. Motorists should be alert to rapidly changing visibilities. When driving in fog...slow down...use your low beam headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
