Through 1 am...isolated showers and thunderstorms mainly east of Interstate 35 from Bastrop to Giddings and Lexington will continue to move northeast at 15 mph. Rainfall amounts will average one quarter inch or less. These showers were occurring ahead of a cold front that will move into the area in the early morning hours. Cooler gusty northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph will develop behind the front.
