from 7 PM this evening to 7 PM CDT Saturday for the eastern parts of
the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles. The Winter Storm Watch is no
longer in effect.

conditions are anticipated.
* Other impacts: wind chill values between 5 to 15 degrees are
expected late tonight and Saturday morning.
