Statement as of 8:55 AM CST on November 16, 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Neches River near Diboll. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 8 15 am Monday the stage was 13.1 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 12 feet. * Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 13 feet by Tuesday morning, but continue to remain above flood stage through next weekend.
