Over the southeast and east central parts of the Texas Panhandle...visibilities may drop to one half of a mile at times. Some of the cities which could experience the lowest visibilities include Amarillo...Panhandle...Canadian...Shamrock... Wellington...Clarendon... and Claude. Low visibilities are expected to continue through early this morning. Improvements should occur by the mid morning hours.
