Low- lying...rural areas near creeks beds and river bottoms will be most susceptible to fog with visibilities below a mile. Motorists are urged to use low headlight beams...slow down...and allow extra time to reach their destination. Central and eastern parts of North Texas will only see patchy... light fog that should lift through 1030 am. Minor flooding of coffield Prison Farm and ranch lands near the river is to be expected. Fld observed forecast 6 am location stg stg day time Thu Fri Sat sun Trinity River Long Lake 35 35.5 Wed 08 am 34.6 33.9 33.3 32.9 826 am CST Wed Nov 11 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Neches River near Alto. * Until Saturday evening... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 6:00 am Wednesday the stage was 16.8 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 16.0 feet. * Forecast... the river will continue to very slowly recede during the next several days... falling below the 16 foot flood stage by Friday afternoon. 826 am CST Wed Nov 11 2009 ... Flood Warning extended until Monday evening... the Flood Warning continues for the Neches River near Neches. * Until Monday evening... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 7:30 am Wednesday the stage was 13.3 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 12.0 feet. * Forecast... the river will slowly recede during the next several days... falling below the 12 foot flood stage Monday morning.
