... Freeze watch in effect from late tonight through Tuesday morning... The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a freeze watch... which is in effect from late tonight through Tuesday morning. Temperatures will drop to near freezing late Monday night and Tuesday morning. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A freeze watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible. These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
