After the overnight downpour...a few new showers are redeveloping over northeast Texas...from Tyler...to Mount Pleasant and De Queen adn points west. This activity is moving east at 40 mph. For now it is very light with only trace amounts...or a few hundreths of an inch expected over the next couple of hours. The upper low is still back over the panhandles of Texas and Oklahoma...moving east.

* Flash Flood Warning for...
southwestern Sabine Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
southeastern Nacogdoches County in eastern Texas...
eastern Angelina County in eastern Texas...
Sabine County in eastern Texas...
San Augustine County in eastern Texas...

* until 930 am CDT

* at 634 am CDT... Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Milam... Huntington... San Augustine... Hemphill... Pineland...
Rosevine... Woden... Macune... Etoile... Bland Lake... Zavalla...

the Angelina river near Lufkin.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7:00 am Sunday the stage was 12.2 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 12.2 feet
by tomorrow morning.
* Impact... at 12.0 feet... lowland flooding will continue to slowly
diminish over the next several days.
