Scattered to numerous showers...generally along and west of I-35...will continue to move east through mid afternoon. Some isolated moderate to heavy rainfall will be possible and could cause some additional high water problems. Another batch of rain along the Red River and around Paris will move northeast as well. Some may last through mid afternoon as rain to the west and southwest moves in later this afternoon. Avoid flooded areas...rivers...streams and roads covered with water. Do not drive into water of unknown depth. Turn around...dont drown. Areas that should be safe from rainfall through mid afternoon are generally south of a Lampasas to Centerville line.
