Patchy dense fog has developed along and southwest of a Cisco to Hearne line. Visibilities will drop below 1 mile for these areas early this morning. Some areas may see visibilities drop to a quarter mile or less before sunrise. Motorists are encouraged to slow down and use low beam lights when encountering any dense fog banks.
