Through 7 am CDT look for showers and scattered thunderstorms... to continue moving east around 25 mph...across northeast Texas and northwest and north central Louisiana...generally along and south of the Interstate 20 corridor. Isolated showers will move across south central Arkansas near the El Dorado and Lisbon communities. Some of the heavier showers will affect communities near Nacogdoches...Appleby...Jacksonville...Kilgore...and center Texas...and Rambin...fort Jessup...Goldonna...Calvin... Clarks...and Columbia Louisiana. One hour rainfall amounts will be near three tenths of an inch near Appleby Texas...and generally between one tenth to one quarter of an inch at other East Texas locations. One hour rainfall amounts across northwest and north central Louisiana will range from one quarter to one half inch near Rambin and fort Jessup...and one half to one inch amounts near Clarks and Columbia. Locally heavy rainfall will result in ponding of water on roads and in streets... and poor drainage areas.
