Statement as of 4:15 PM CDT on May 24, 2015

The Flood Warning continues for
the Red River near Burkburnett.

* Until late Thursday night... or until the warning is cancelled.

* At 3:30 PM Sunday the stage was 10.2 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

* Forecast... the Red River will continue rising and crest near 11.7
feet early Tuesday morning. The Red River will fall below flood
stage late Thursday evening.

* Impact... at 12.0 feet... crop and range lands... oil fields... and
rural roads are affected. Some low-lying areas near the river are
isolated by high water in side channels. Bottomlands near Davidson
Oklahoma begin to flood several hours before the crest approaches
the Burkburnett area. The flood crest reaches the area along the
river near Taylor Oklahoma several hours later. Cattle and other
property should be relocated to places which are 3 feet higher than
nearby river banks to avoid being stranded.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Wichita river at Wichita Falls.

* Until Tuesday afternoon... or until the warning is cancelled.

* At 2:45 PM Sunday the stage was 21.3 feet.

* Moderate flooding is occurring.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* Forecast... the Wichita river is cresting with a slight additonal
rise possible... and is forecast to begin falling Sunday evening.
The Wichita river will fall below flood stage late Tuesday morning.

* Impact... at 21.0 feet... in Wichita Falls... extensive flooding
occurs in Harrell and Lucy Parks. Shallow flooding occurs in homes
north of third street and in Tanglewood hollow... and in Scotland
Park. Agricultural areas upstream and downstream from Wichita
Falls experience widespread flood depths up to 3 feet.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Beaver Creek near Electra.

* Until Tuesday morning... or until the warning is cancelled.

* At 3:00 PM Sunday the stage was 26.8 feet.

* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

* Forecast... the Beaver Creek will begin rising and crest near
27.6 feet early Monday morning. The Beaver Creek will fall below
flood stage early Tuesday morning.

* Impact... at 28.0 feet... widespread flood levels up to 4 feet in
depth cover farm and range lands... and may inundate some oil and
gas facilities... along and near the creek in southern Wilbarger
County and southwestern Wichita County.
