dense fog advisory in effect until 10 am CST for the central and eastern Oklahoma and Texas panhandles... Low clouds and areas of fog have once again developed across the Oklahoma and Texas panhandles. Visibilities are likely to be reduced between one and three miles at most locations. Across the central and eastern panhandles...visibilities of a quarter of a mile or less at times will be possible. Some locations that could be affected through 8 am CST include...Perryton...Pampa...Guymon...Canadian...and Miami. The fog is expected to persist through the early morning hours... with improving conditions expected by mid morning.
