Through 400 am CST...areas most likely impacted by the low clouds and fog will be locations across the eastern Oklahoma and Texas panhandles...including the communities Perryton...Canadian...Miami...and Pampa. Visibilities may be reduced at times to less than one mile. Motorists in these areas should exercise caution due to rapidly changing visibilities.
