Scattered showers and thunderstorms continue this afternoon across parts of North Texas along several old outflow boundaries and a slow moving frontal boundary. The strongest thunderstorms will continue across the southern portions of North Texas...mainly south of a Killeen to Hillsboro to Athens line through early evening. A few of these storms could be severe with damaging winds and small hail. Farther north...light to moderate rain and some isolated thunderstorms will continue along the Interstate 20 corridor and up to the Red River. Temperatures will remain in the upper 70s and lower 80s in the clouds and rain...with mid to upper 90s farther south where breaks in the clouds are occurring.
