The river will fall below flood stage by early Monday morning. * Impact... expect minor lowland flooding.

The lake Wind Advisory is now in effect until 4 am CST Friday.
High pressure behind a strong cold front will continue to build across the region tonight. The increased pressure gradient associated with the surge of high pressure will create windy conditions through much of the evening and overnight hours. Westerly to northwesterly winds behind the front are forecast to remain above 20 mph with gusts to near 30 mph through this evening. Winds are forecast to begin to diminish toward daybreak.
