Scattered showers and thunderstorms were moving across the north central and northeast Texas Panhandle...between Spearman and Borger. Occasional lightning and small hail is possible from these storms. This was behind a cold front that was pushing south through the Texas Panhandle. In addition...light snow was occurring across the western and central Oklahoma Panhandle. This snow was moving across the towns of Boise City...Keyes...Guymon...and Goodwell. Up to two inches of snow has fallen in western Cimarron County...with another inch or two possible tonight. The front will continue to push south this evening. Much colder air will move across the area...which can cause any rain to mix with or change over to snow. All precipitation was moving to the east and can move into the Hooker...Perryton... and Miami areas by 6:30 PM CST.
