minor flooding occurring across the advisory area. Doppler radar
indicates 1 to 3 inches of rain have already fallen over parts of

this excessive rainfall will continue to cause flooding...
especially along small streams and near low water crossings.

Hedley... Greenbelt Lake... Samnorwood...
Quail... Lutie... Dozier...

Most flood deaths occur in automobiles. Do not attempt to cross
bridges... dips... or other low spots if water covers the roadway.
Never try to cross a flowing stream... even a small one... on foot or
in a vehicle.

An additional 1 to 2 inches of rainfall are still possible in the
advisory area.

Excessive runoff from this storm will cause flooding of small creeks
and streams... urban areas... highways... streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
