Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms continue to move east through areas north of a Comanche to Emory line. South of this line...isolated showers are occurring...mainly east of Interstate 45. Rain totals through mid afternoon will average from just a few hundredths of an inch up to a half of an inch. Thunderstorm activity is still expected to increase during the afternoon hours. Otherwise...mostly cloudy skies will persist across most of North Texas. Temperatures in areas where it is raining will remain in the 70s. Elsewhere temperatures will be in the 80s and 90s with a few locations reaching 100 degrees.
