Statement as of 8:40 PM CDT on July 3, 2015

... Red River information...

On the Red River at Pecan Point north of DeKalb Texas... the 8 PM
Friday stage was 24.57 feet. Expect the river to continue to fall
throughout the weekend. Flood stage is 24 feet.

At the index bridge north of Texarkana... the 8 PM Friday stage
was 16.45 feet. Expect the river to continue to fall throughout
the weekend. Flood stage is 25 feet.

At Fulton Arkansas... the 8 PM Friday stage was 19.98 feet. Expect
the river to rise to near 21.0 feet through the weekend... then
slowly fall throughout next week. Flood stage is 27 feet.

At the Springbank Ferry in southwest Arkansas at the confluence
of the red and Sulphur rivers... the 8 PM Friday stage was 34.56
feet. Expect the river to continue to fall throughout the weekend.
Flood stage is 37 feet.

At Shreveport Louisiana... the 8 PM Friday stage was 28.69 feet.
The river crested near 31.05 feet late Tuesday evening. This crest
was some six feet lower than that of June 9 when the river crested
at 37.1 feet. Expect the river to continue to fall throughout the
weekend. Flood stage is 30 feet.

At Coushatta Louisiana... the 8 PM Friday stage was 31.3 feet.
The river crested near 32.33 on Thursday. This crest was seven
feet lower than that of June 11 when the river crested at 38.8
feet. Expect the river to slowly fall through the weekend. Flood
stage is 31 feet.

At Grand Ecore Louisiana... the 8 PM Friday stage was 34.98 feet.
The river crested at 35.25 feet earlier this afternoon and the
river will continue to fall through the next week. This
crest was almost six feet lower than that of June 13 when the river
crested at 42 feet. Flood stage is 33 feet.

This will be the final statement regarding this Red River flooding event.
