...Wintry conditions possible for the end of 2014...

After a warming trend early this week an Arctic front will move south across West Texas and southeast New Mexico on Tuesday. Much colder air will move south over the area Tuesday through new years eve. Warm moist air from the Pacific will move over this low level cold airmass setting the stage for the possibility of light freezing rain Tuesday night through new years eve. Light freezing rain is also possible new years eve night. Warmer air will move into the area on New Years Day changing any precipitation to rain.

Travelers should stay tuned to the latest forecast...as the forecast can change as the pattern evolves.
