Through 130 PM...expect rainfall of less than a tenth of an inch over Arkansas and the bootheel and from a tenth to a quarter inch or more for northwest Tennessee. The stronger thunderstorms will contain frequent lightning and heavy rains possibly around an inch. These storms will be moving southeast from Dyersburg and Kenton.

Several NOAA Weather Radio transmitters served by the National Weather Service in Memphis Tennessee were off the air due to communications equipment issues. All stations are now broadcasting with full audio output as of 830 am this Saturday morning.
