Sullivan and Washington counties... At 532 am EST Doppler radar still indicated light to moderate rain across northeast Tennessee and will likely continue the next hour or two until about sunrise. Precautionary/preparedness actions... Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause elevated levels on small creeks and streams... and ponding of water in urban areas... highways... streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage areas and low lying spots. Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause elevated levels on small creeks and streams... and ponding of water on country roads and farmland along the banks of creeks and streams. A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated or ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. Lat...
