Through 1130 PM CDT...the leading edge will still be north of a Weiner Arkansas... Milan Tennessee line. Precipitation will generally be less than a tenth of an inch. However...from 1015 to 1030 PM CDT...a strong thunderstorm located on the western edge of the precipitation...may move into extreme northwest Randolph County in northeast Arkansas. Winds gusts to 50 miles an hour...small hail...and heavy downpours easily producing over an inch of rain...will likely be associated with the thunderstorm. The system will move to the south...southeast around 30 miles an hour.
