... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Wednesday afternoon
through Thursday morning...

* timing... from noon CST Wednesday through noon CST Thursday.

* Accumulations... 3 to 6 inches are possible with the highest
amounts closer to the Kentucky state line and lowest amounts
across the south. Freezing rain accumulations are expected to be
around a tenth of an inch.

* Main impact... a mix of snow... sleet... and freezing rain will
create major travel impacts from Wednesday evening through Friday
afternoon.

* Other impacts... temperatures are likely to stay below freezing
from Wednesday night through mid day Friday. This will likely
keep many roadways slick and hazardous for an extended period
of time.
