Rainfall amounts will range from one tenth to one quarter of an inch per hour. However...a few bands of heavier rain could produce amounts between one half inch and one inch per hour. As of 9 PM EST...the back edge of the rainfall is beginning to work its way east of the Cumberland Plateau...and will continue to slowly exit the region overnight.
